Volunteer Opportunities
Gaslight Theatre runs on volunteers! Not an interested on being on stage? There are lots of ways you can help. Love to sew? Kinda crafty? Know your way around power tools? Whatever your talent, Gaslight needs volunteers just like you! Scroll down to see just a few of the many ways you can volunteer at Gaslight. Each director is responsible for filling various positions on their production staff including stage crew, tech crew, costumes, hair & make-up, set and prop construction, choreography, and musicians. Follow our social media pages for specific volunteer opportunities, come to auditions to volunteer for a specific show, or click below to be entered into our Volunteer Database and be contacted directly with opportunities in your areas of interest.

Stage CrewThe stage crew is the magic behind the scenes; moving set pieces, organizing props and costumes, and generally keeping the show moving along.
Set ConstructionWhether you handle power tools, swing a broom or a paint brush, there are opportunities in set construction for you!
Lights and SoundFrom lighting design to operating the sound board, every Gaslight show needs technical expertise. Depending upon the show, a director may need more than one person to help. Contact Robert Beurlot, Gaslight's Tech Director, through the Box Office at 580-234-2307 to volunteer.

Musical StaffMusicals require people with musical talent! A musical director, an orchestra, band, and/or choreographer may be needed for any Gaslight musical.
Hair & Make-UpWhether it's transforming a 20-something into a 60-something, adding a wart, or painting an actor green, many Gaslight shows need a hair and make-up artist to put on the finishing touches.
