Governor J Kevin Stitt Commends Gaslight Theatre's Shakespeare in the Park

Governor's Commendation for
​Shakespeare in the Park

On August 22, 2023 Governor Kevin Stitt signed a commendation for Gaslight's Shakespeare in the Park. It reads:

"Be it resolved this Governor's Commendation is hereby presented to
Gaslight's Shakespeare in the Park

in honor of your 30th anniversary of providing entertainment to the people of Oklahoma and bringing smiles to the community through the beauty of theater. As Oklahoma's longest-running free Shakespeare event, a good show never fails to bring joy to all those who take the chance to enjoy them.

Thank you for entertaining the Oklahoma community and thank you to the many volunteers that make these events possible!
